The Criminology Diploma Program is designed to prepare students to enter the criminal justice field as practitioners or academics in a variety of occupations. Through the study of central issues in criminology and the structures and processes in the Canadian justice system, students learn about the complex problems encountered in the criminal justice field.

Studying criminology opens doors to many career possibilities. Some require more education, but all require a strong knowledge of the criminal justice system, which can be acquired through criminology courses at Douglas College.
